Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Executive at Circled, you will be responsible for selling residential properties. This includes identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Real Estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and investment strategies
