Job Role: Sr. Manager Content Operations


Overview


As Sr. Manager - Content Operations you need to have an ability to drive, Analyse the Education Analyst team in coordination with the academic team and implement the recommendations made in the content requirements. You shall coordinate with AGM - content and Subject Coordinators from different subjects, and grades to ensure that the content is prepared according to product specifications. You shall be responsible for managing a team and aligned processes to ingest content for each subject to align with Coschool’s standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:


1. Coordinate with the AGM Content to synchronize academic and operational requirements.

2. Collaborate with Content team across various curriculum, subjects, and grades to ensure content readiness according to product specifications.

3. Develop and oversee the content generation strategies, structure and analytics.

4. Lead daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and completion of tasks on time.

5. Setting goals and objectives for the team, providing guidance to ensure they are met.

6. Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their potential.

7. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.

8. Managing the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.

9. Ensuring that the team is kept up to date with the latest developments in the content team.

10. Coordinating with other departments or teams to ensure that the team's work aligns with the overall goals of the organization.

11. Developing and implementing strategies to improve the team's performance and efficiency.

12. Ensuring that the team complies with all relevant regulations and standards in the education content dept.

13. Managing the project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.

14. Manage Education Analyst and ensuring daily tasks are completed as scheduled.

15. Handle vendor management for external partnerships.


Your Qualities:

Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data handling, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role is necessary. Experience in Project management, Analytical will add value.

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with teachers and other contributors. Proficient in Office tools like MS Office, Data Management, AI tools and educational technology. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong Leadership and Team Management skills. Analytical problem-solving skills & collaborative skills, continuous learning mindset, and strong execution abilities to deliver high-quality results.

Knowledge: Knowledge of different curricula in schools will be an added advantage. Familiarity with latest educational research and trends.

  • The candidate should possess any master’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Excellent in data management skills.
  • A sharp candidate who is quick with responses and plays a key role in critical decision making.
