About the role

Joveo is looking for a highly skilled and passionate to join our fast-growing team. You will work with Joveo's GTM and Sales Acceleration leadership team and in your role as a Growth Architect, will contribute to the goals of engaging, educating and prospecting our future customers in a technology enabled, creative, and learning environment.


As part of the team you will contribute to the majority of the Research and Personalized Communication to our prospects, which is guided by the principles of ABM (Account Based Marketing). You will be trained on tools and techniques that will help you build and execute highly customized, research and ABM outreach programs.


Responsibilities:


  • Understand the Technolgy and Services offerings of Joveo and the Impact that the create for our Clients and Prospects
  • Undertsand the principles of Targeting and Messaging and their impact on accelerating Top of the Funnel
  • Accurately build targeted accounts research knowledge, and identify opportunities for Joveo to create impact through our Technlogy, Tools and Services,
  • Accurately Identify Targets within each account per ICP (Ideal Cleint Profile) guidelines, identify their contact details, and build professional knowledge data around each
  • Utilize Industry, Account and Targets research to customize messaging at each stage of the outreach cadence - Using tools and techniques
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for the external sales team
  • Use Tools and Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • To conynually seek feedback from supervisor/s to constantly improve individual efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to improvement and effectiveness of campaign outcomes, by sharing observations, challenges and opportunities on a regular basis
  • Ensure campaign guidance and practices shared with team on a regular basis are strictly adhered to.
  • Manage a database of leads in CRM (HubSpot), efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.

Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, MBA is preferred.
  • 6 months of experience in client/customer outreach programs in B2B technology companies.
  • Startup experience (a plus).
  • Proven work experience as an Email marketing specialist or Demand Generation Specialist
  • Hands on experience with regular content creation and editing using highest standards of written english
  • Lead Generation using LinkedIn and other channels such as Apollo.IO and SalesQL
  • Well-versed with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lead Generation
  • Strong Content Creation and Content Building Skills
  • Should be able to handle the initial responses from clients and revert back to them.
  • Well versed with email follow-ups, email campaign
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Comfortable working in an activity and outcomes driven environment
