HR Internship / Trainee Program – VIYONA Fintech


At VIYONA Fintech, we believe in empowering the next generation of HR professionals by providing hands-on experience in the fast-paced, dynamic world of fintech. Our HR Internship Program is designed to give interns exposure to various HR functions while working alongside experienced HR professionals, contributing to real projects that drive the growth and success of the company.


Program Overview

Our HR Internship Program aims at offering a comprehensive experience across key HR disciplines. 

  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Location: Onsite
  • Eligibility: Final-year MBA students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or Fintech related field.
  • Stipend: Based on performance and feedback by program lead and HR Panel after 1 month.
  • Application Deadline: 1st October 2024

Key Responsibilities

Interns will engage in a wide range of activities, including:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Help maintain candidate databases and coordinate communication with applicants.
  • Participate in campus hiring initiatives and job fairs.

Onboarding & Employee Engagement

  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires complete all necessary paperwork and are smoothly integrated into the company.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Operations

  • Work with the HR team to manage employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
  • Help with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits management.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
  • Conduct surveys and collect feedback to assess employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Participate in conflict resolution and employee relations initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, supporting HR audits when necessary.

HR Projects

  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives such as diversity and inclusion programs, performance management systems, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate on research and implementation of HR technologies and tools.
