VP Head || Offering Head – Retail Industry / Healthcare Industry/ISV/ Financial Services/ Manufacturing/ Logistics

The Offering Head will be responsible for leading the development, positioning, and enablement of solutions for the Retail or Healthcare industry. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, sales enablement, and marketing acumen. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure offerings resonate with market needs and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement

  • Lead the assessment and qualification of leads in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Drive opportunity nurturing to ensure consistent progression through the sales funnel.
  • Align and coordinate the right opportunity team, leveraging networks outside the organization as needed.
  • Conduct sales training, focusing on objection handling and discovery methodologies tailored to the Retail or Healthcare industry.

Marketing Enablement

  • Measure the success of marketing efforts and track lead generation against industry-specific goals.
  • Develop strategic documents to guide marketing teams in defining campaigns and sales plays specific to the Retail or Healthcare domain.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of effective campaign strategies that highlight industry solutions.

Strategy Development

  • Create positioning and structure for various Retail or Healthcare industry offerings to align with market demands.
  • Build and foster partnerships with external vendors, technology firms, and strategic allies.
  • Continuously improve operations and processes related to Service Management Systems (SMS) within the respective industries.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Retail Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing solutions/offering development in Retail or Healthcare sectors.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategy, sales, or marketing enablement roles.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of industry trends in Retail or Healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure marketing success and sales enablement outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
