We are looking for a HR - Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and support 360Medicare in its growth journey. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities of this Role:

  • Develop and maintain HR policies
  • Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Conduct employee onboarding and take full responsibility for the organisation’s training and development initiatives
  • Determine and recommend approaches and practices that will help to enhance a positive culture and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
  • Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding - Manage internal recruitment and selection process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s, attending interviews and selecting candidates
  • Administer HR related paper works, such as employment contracts, employee records, new starter packs, or formal acceptances of resignation and financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits
  • Performance review and annual appraisals
  • Manage grievances and dispute resolutions of the staff, including disciplinary actions and termination
  • Plan short term and long-term HR requirements.
  • Manage training and development initiatives


The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience in all disciplines of HR and people management
  • Business awareness and management skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • IT proficiency
  • Ability to write, plan and direct the development and maintenance of training programmes for all levels of staff
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
