Position Overview:

We are seeking a CM Analyst with experience in the US market, proficiency in Banner software, and familiarity with RealPage to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for error rectification, managing Osso Banner task updates, handling invoice and contract uploads, and supporting various operations (Ops) functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who can collaborate effectively across departments and deliver accurate results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Error Rectification:

• Review and resolve errors identified in existing processes or documentation.

• Correct discrepancies and implement preventive measures to avoid future issues.

• Prepare detailed reports documenting corrections made and actions taken.

2. Osso Banner Tasks Updates: 

• Update tasks related to the Osso Banner as per the latest requirements.

• Revise content, implement design changes, update schedules, and address any technical issues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all updates align with project goals and maintain communication for approvals and feedback.

3. Invoice and Contracts Upload:

• Organize and upload invoices and contracts to the designated platform.

• Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and properly formatted before uploading.

• Maintain a detailed log of uploaded files for easy tracking and future reference.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and best practices during the process.

4. Operations Support (Ops):

• Assist with operational tasks such as process optimization, workflow coordination, and data management.

• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations by providing support in tracking, monitoring, and troubleshooting any issues.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.

• Participate in maintaining and refining operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Experience with RealPage:

• Familiarity with RealPage software for property management, document management, or real estate financial operations.

• Utilize RealPage to manage, track, and process real estate-related data and documents.

• Collaborate with teams using RealPage to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in real estate transactions.

• Address any discrepancies or issues in the platform and assist in streamlining workflows within the RealPage system.

 

 

Qualifications:

• US Market Experience: Proven experience working in or with the US market, preferably in a financial, real estate, or operational environment.

• Banner Software Experience: Hands-on experience with Banner software for task management, document handling, and system updates.

• RealPage Experience: Experience working with RealPage software for property management or real estate operations.

• Ops Experience: Knowledge or experience in operations (Ops), process optimization, or workflow management.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to review documentation and processes thoroughly to identify errors and implement solutions.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide clear updates.

• Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, with a focus on quality and accuracy.

• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of data security standards and company policies, ensuring compliance in all tasks.
