Compensation Benefits Specialist

Job description:
- This role will be Responsible for supporting in managing overall Employee Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards for GCOE
- Play critical role in Designing and Developing C&B Policies and Compensation Structures
- Implement Comp & Ben processes which support and align with the business's needs and strategy
- Basic knowledge India Compliances in C&B – such as PF, Gratuity, Statutory Bonus, CTC structures, Insurances
- This role will be Responsible for supporting in managing overall Employee Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards.
- Conduct C&B audits and implement necessary controls to fix the gaps
- Manage C&B processes like Budgeting, Salary Increment Planning, Bonus Planning, New Benefits introduction
- Analyze Compensation Report against Market Trends and proposes necessary recommendation
- Execute Salary Surveys and Compensation Benchmarking process
- Responsible in ensuring that the compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
- Deal with internal & external team members and stake holders, Provide analysis and reports to the stakeholders on compensation and benefits programs as required
