Role Description:

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) who brings a unique blend of skills and experience in User Experience Design, Learning Experience Design, and Graphic Design to create intuitive, engaging, and effective e-learning experiences. We need someone who can empathize and evolve with the diverse learning and training needs we receive from our clientele. Candidates who can join on-site in our Arekere office in Bengaluru will be preferred. We need someone who can start immediately.


What You’ll Do:

  • Create curriculums based on the training/learning content available
  • Create/edit/review scripts for the audiovisual components in our e-learning offerings.
  • Create/edit/review wireframes/storyboards/prototypes to improve the visual and instructional appeal of e-learning solutions.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our interactive e-learning solutions, such as games and simulations.
  • Apply proven cognitive science and instructional design principles to optimize the learning experiences
  • Manage multiple small projects independently with necessary support, and interface with clients to ensure timely delivery, promised quality, and overall satisfaction for clients, individuals and organizations.
  • Take initiative to stay up-to-date with latest AI tools to optimize speed and quality in various verticals of a project.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX design, learning experience design, and/or graphic design, and a strong portfolio demonstrating the same.
  • Someone very tech-savvy with some proficiency in productivity tools like Notion and design tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative suite.
  • Familiarity with and experience using SCORM content creation on tools such Activ Presenter, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and how to apply them in digital environments.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for creating intuitive, learner-centered solutions.
