Job Description

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Corporate Recruiter/Domestic Recruiter to partner with multiple departments to drive results that benefit our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales approach to recruitment, help expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and train sales professionals.

As a recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to find and attract qualified applicants for open positions, ensuring the best fit by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of in-house recruitment, including multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, and negotiating with candidates.
  • Streamline the recruitment process for improved efficiency.
  • Handle recruitment from executive to senior-level positions, focusing on sales roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (Monster, Naukri), headhunting, references, and internal data banks.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until the position is closed.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and manage salary negotiations.
  • Plan and strategize recruitment efforts to meet defined time frames.
  • Design and write job descriptions and specifications, including key skill areas (KSA).
  • Post job openings on various portals, including Naukri, Monster, Shine, and Times Jobs.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and resolve critical issues to deliver on client commitments.
