  • Scout Out Stellar Candidates: Use your ninja-like sourcing skills to find the perfect candidates for every role (LinkedIn, social media, you name it, you know it).
  • Be a Hype Machine: Get candidates stoked about opportunities and guide them through the hiring process (no ghosting allowed).
  • Become a Guru: Advise stakeholders on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent (think salary trends, DEI initiatives, and all that jazz).
  • Collaborate & Conquer: Work with our rockstar team to crush goals and celebrate wins (we're all about that team spirit).

  • Have the Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) with a proven track record of success.
  • Know Your Way Around India: You're familiar with the city's diverse talent pool and industries.
  • Are a Social Media Savant: You know how to leverage social media to find and engage top talent.
  • Have Mad Communication Skills: You can connect with anyone, from CEOs to interns, and build strong relationships.
