Lead, motivate, and train partners effectively.Set clear objectives and monitor progress to ensure partners meet agreed sales targets.Assist partners in generating and tracking leads and closing sales.Support partners in upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs analysis.Facilitate ongoing training for partners to maintain a productive sales channel.Collect regular feedback from partners and customers regarding satisfaction with the sales process and products.Review partners’ sales plans and provide support to foster their growth.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance (LI) or Banking (Open Architecture).
