As a Software Developer and Instructor at Smart Interviews, you get to work in one of the most thrilling jobs in the Tech sector, where every day is different from the last, where every day you get to learn and advance, the following are responsibilities that you will be delivering.


As an Instructor - Data Structures & Algorithms


  • Oversee all aspects of course batches, including planning and conducting both theoretical and practical sessions, assigning tasks, following up with students, and tracking their performance.
  • Foster a supportive coaching culture to enhance the overall learning experience with a focus on student needs.
  • Stay updated as a subject matter expert in the dynamic field of software engineering.
  • Encourage and participate in a competitive programming environment.


As a Developer - Full Stack Development


  • Contribute to the engineering process, including the planning, design, and development of the platform.
  • Develop and launch new user-facing features in a dynamic environment.
  • Build efficient, scalable, and user-friendly technical infrastructure to enhance the overall user experience


Requirements


  • 1+ years experience in Full Stack Software Development
  • BTech/MTech or equivalent degree.
  • Strong profile in any of the online competitive coding platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms [DSA].
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
