Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a talent for managing international client relations. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with project teams, supporting and executing project plans, and ensuring seamless client interactions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.


  • Maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any inquiries.


  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of works and adherence to quality standards.


  • Support project documentation, reporting, and status updates.


  • Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Tax, Project or Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Excellent Communication Skills in English, both written and verbal.


  • Proven ability to handle international clients and build strong client relationships.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Previous experience in project management or a related field is a plus.


  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage time efficiently.
