Job Title: Operations Manager - Cleaning and Robotic Fleet Management

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our sanitation and cleaning

operations. This role focuses on overseeing projects involving jetting machines, desilting

machines, and suction machines, while also managing a fleet of robotic equipment for

specialized cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on experience with cleaning

equipment and expertise in operations management to deliver efficient and high quality

services.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

  • Plan and manage cleaning projects, including scheduling and deploying resources for

effective execution.

  • Optimize operational workflows, ensuring timely completion of desilting, jetting, and

suction activities.

  • Coordinate with the robotic fleet to handle complex cleaning tasks in hard-to-reach or

hazardous areas.

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve operational

performance.


2. Fleet and Equipment Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance, allocation, and performance of robotic assets.
  • Ensure the safe handling and operation of jetting, desilting, suction machines, and

robotic systems.

  • Conduct routine inspections and resolve issues related to equipment malfunction or

inefficiency.

  • Innovate and implement best practices to enhance equipment utilization and minimize

downtime.


3. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring proper training on operating cleaning machines

and robotic systems.

  • Foster a problem solving mindset and critical thinking abilities within the team.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, Business Development, and

Manufacturing, to ensure seamless project delivery.


4. Client Engagement and Project Execution:

  • Work closely with clients to understand cleaning requirements and translate them into

actionable plans.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on cleaning project outcomes and key

observations.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing feedback

promptly.


5. Safety and Compliance:

  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols during the operation of heavy cleaning

equipment and robotics.

  • Regularly review and update safety guidelines to align with industry standards.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing operations involving jetting, desilting, or suction machines.
  • Knowledge of robotic cleaning systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on field operations.
  • Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting of cleaning equipment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
