Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Team Lead (Pre-Sales) resource with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in electronic security systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Video surveillance, Access control, PA systems, PIDS systems, Networking, Servers, Storage solutions, and SQL databases. The candidate should be proficient in system fundamentals and high-level solution design. Additionally, experience in site surveys, solution design, Proof of Concept (POC) execution, and training is essential. Familiarity with brands such as Genetec, Bosch, Axis etc. are highly preferred.

 

Job Responsibilities

·      Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess client requirements, identify potential challenges and gather necessary data to support solution design and its implementation.

·      Develop tailored security solutions based on client requirements and site survey data.

·      Create detailed system architectures and integration plans. Ensure designs are scalable, robust, and comply with industry standards.

·      Plan and execute POC projects to demonstrate solution feasibility and effectiveness by collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful POC outcomes.

·      Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams. Also, develop training materials and conduct hands-on sessions to enhance product knowledge and usage.

·      Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot these systems to ensure optimal performance and demonstrate proficiency with brands such as Genetec, Bosch, and Axis etc.

·      Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present tailored solutions and build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional pre-sales support.

·      Work closely with sales, project management, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive solution delivery.

·      Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all pre-sales activities, including site surveys, solution designs, POC results, and training materials.

·      Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

 

Technical Knowledge area

·      Video Surveillance

·      Access Control Systems.

·      Fire alarm and PA Systems.

·      Networking and Servers.

·      Video Management System/ Software.

·      Knowledge of ELV Systems and associated systems.

 

Requirements

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong understanding of designing of video surveillance, access control, PA systems, PIDS systems, networking, servers, storage, and SQL databases.

·      Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·      Relevant certifications (e.g., Genetec, Bosch, Axis etc.) are a plus.

·      Education Qualification - Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Any Specialization), Bachelor or Master in Science or equivalent degree.

·      Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in Pre-sales engineering for Electronic Security Systems.
