For more information, visit www.axtria.com.Job Title: Global Delivery PartnerRequisition ID: Job Location: -Gurgaon/NoidaJob Summary: - The Global Delivery Partner is responsible for leading the end-to-end global delivery, solutioning and client engagement of Axtria’s programs across all service lines—spanning Commercial Excellence, Data Management, Data Science, and Product Implementation—for designated client accounts.This role owns the delivery strategy, client advocacy, operational excellence, and profitability for the assigned portfolio, driving synergies across capability teams, CoEs, and geographies. The GDP acts as the single accountable delivery leader, ensuring seamless integration of services and products and measurable value to clients through innovation, excellence, and collaboration.You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, partner with Client and Account Partners, and steer global delivery strategy to achieve superior client experience, sustainable growth, and consistent operational efficiency.Job Responsibilities: -Visionary leadership:Champion the global delivery of programs spanning multiple service lines and centers of excellence for leading pharma clients.Set a clear vision and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.Lead solution design for integrated workstreams and provide technical/functional leadership, inspiring teams to achieve excellence and deliver transformative solutions.Act as the senior-most delivery leader for the account, ensuring cross-functional coordination and strategic alignment with client goalsCultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and GenAIStakeholder engagement & influence:Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across geographies, aligning on program goals, governance, and success metrics.Drive customer advocacy by delivering measurable value and maintaining high CSAT/NPSServe as a strategic advisor to client leadership, guiding program level innovation and initiativesArticulate and demonstrate the value delivered through engagement, influencing senior client leadership and driving business impactLead governance with internal and client stakeholders; proactively manage health of the program, escalations and ensure risk mitigationTeam Development & Thought Leadership:Architect team structures and ecosystems that enable continuous growth and capability development.Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring, coaching, and developing future leaders within the team.Lead and mentor Account Delivery Partners, Delivery Managers, and project teams across regions.Build and nurture high-performing, motivated, and collaborative delivery organizations.Promote thought leadership in the pharma commercial domain, positioning Axtria as an industry innovator.Lead training and skill enhancement initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped for current and future opportunitiesOperational excellence and governanceBe the COO of the account, managing P&L, risks, staffing, delivery excellence and governance.Drive business growth in existing buying centres through impeccable delivery, ensure renewal of our current, and operational efficiency.Ensure optimized cost of delivery through effective resource planning, geo mix, pyramid management, and utilization controlImplement robust controls for code reviews and quality assurance, setting high standards for delivery.Ensure best-in-class governance across project managers and workstreams, driving consistency and accountabilityInnovation & Strategic GrowthStay at the forefront of emerging technologies (AI/ML, FAIR data principles, semantic data integration) and integrate them into program strategy.Contribute to enterprise data strategy and roadmap development, shaping the future of data management at Axtria.Lead large cloud data management deals within the life sciences domain, driving business development and practice growth.Strategic Account ManagementCollaborate with Client Partners, Account Managers, and CU leaders to identify new growth areas and deliver integrated value propositions.Align account-level delivery strategy with broader BU and organizational goals.Drive synergies across products and services to create client “stickiness” and long-term engagement.Partner with product teams to shape roadmaps that enhance client value and solution depth.Support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through strong delivery-led client relationshipsQualifications & Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA).18+ years of experience managing and delivering large technology enabled programs with a multi-skilled and multi-location teamExperience of working with senior internal stakeholders and senior client stakeholdersStrong consulting acumen with ability to develop solution in collaboration with SMEsDemonstrated success in leading large teams and developing future leaders.Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred skills: -Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to act as COO of the account and drive programs to success.Results-driven; able to set priorities, pursue tasks tenaciously, and overcome setbacks.Customer-focused; dedicated to exceeding client expectations.Strategic problem solver;
