Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Bajaj Finserv in Ichalkaranji. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building relationships with clients. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, and Sales Target Achievement skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Market Analysis and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
