Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Opp. Agarsen Bhawan, Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur District, Maharashtra

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Maintaining and reconciling financial records using Tally Prime accounting software.
  • Assisting with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and other accounting-related activities.
  • Using and adapting to other accounting software as required by the organization.
  • Managing and organizing data in Excel , including advanced formulas and reporting tools.
  • Coordinating with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Education: B.Com or higher.
  • Accounting Software: Proficient in Tally Prime ; willingness to learn and use other accounting tools.
  • Excel Skills: Intermediate to advanced-level skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
  • English Literacy: Basic reading and writing skills are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
