We are looking for an experienced RAG Agent Developer with a strong background in LangChain and Hugging Face NLP modelling to join our team.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agent to provide accurate and contextually relevant responses for user guidance and insights into the client software. You will work on creating advanced, intelligent systems that integrate retrieval and generation techniques to provide accurate and contextually relevant responses.


Responsibilities


• RAG System Development: Design, develop, and implement RAG systems utilising LangChain and Hugging Face models to enhance information retrieval and response generation.

• Model Integration: Integrate RAG models with various data sources and external systems to ensure seamless and efficient information retrieval and processing.

• Customisation and Fine-Tuning: Customise and fine-tune NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT) to meet specific business requirements and improve system performance.

• Data Handling: Develop and manage data retrieval systems, including indexing, querying, and updating large-scale datasets.

• Performance Optimisation: Optimise the performance of RAG systems, including improving response times and accuracy through model tuning and infrastructure enhancements.

• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of RAG systems to ensure reliability, accuracy, and robustness.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to align on business goals and technical requirements.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for model configurations, system integrations, and workflows.

• Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and retrieval-augmented generation to drive continuous improvement


Requirements


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.


• Experience:

◦ Proven experience with LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar NLP frameworks.

◦ Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its implementation.

◦ Experience with large-scale NLP models and data retrieval systems.


• Skills:

◦ Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., Transformers, LangChain).

◦ Experience with NLP models such as GPT, BERT, RoBERTa, or their variants.

◦ Knowledge of data retrieval systems and search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch).

◦ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.


• Knowledge:

◦ Deep understanding of natural language processing and machine learning principles.

◦ Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (e.g., Git, Docker).

◦ Understanding of system design and architecture for deploying onpremise solutions.


Qualifications


• Experience with additional NLP frameworks or platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration with NLP solutions.

• Experience with UI/UX design for chatbot interfaces.

• Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.
