Admin & Facility Executive

Vutto is a new startup (backed by marquee Angels & VCs) disrupting the used two-wheeler market in India. With our full-stack model, we offer a seamless and trustworthy platform for buying and selling of used bikes.


Responsibilities:

  • Property Scouting: Be able to scout properties for retail bike outlets independently and with broker network.
  • Property Setup and maintenance: Onboard and work with vendors to get interior, electrical, civil work done and take end to end ownership of making the properties live
  • Office Management: Organize and maintain office supplies, manage inventory and ensure clean and efficient work environment
  • IT and Non-IT procurement: Manage procurement of brand collaterals, T-shirts, name boards, posters and standees etc. Manage procurement of good quality refurbished IT assets
  • Travel arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for employees as needed
  • Documentation and other coordination: Manage inventory levels based on demand forecasts and ensure timely delivery to stores. Liquidate stuck inventory
  • Other duties as assigned: Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks that contribute to the team's success. Eg: Manage backend documentation for two-wheelers.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as admin preferably in retail startups 
  • Prior experience in property scouting and setup will be ideal
  • Should have done vendor management
  • Able to work on MS word and excel. Able to learn other tools as and when needed
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility
