Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health/Menstrual Health Expert specializing in Ayurveda to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices, and how they can be applied to mental health. This role involves providing expert advice, conducting consultations, and creating content related to mental health, menstrual health and Ayurveda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultations and Advice: Provide personalized mental health consultations using Ayurvedic principles.
- Address a range of mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Ayurvedic methods.
- Content Creation: Create educational content related to mental health and Ayurveda for our platform.
- Develop engaging articles, videos, and live sessions to educate users about Ayurvedic mental health practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information.
- Community Engagement: Participate in live sessions and community discussions to share expertise and provide support.
- Respond to user queries and provide actionable advice.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other health and wellness experts on the platform.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to promote mental health awareness and Ayurvedic practices.
- Provide input and feedback to improve the platform’s mental health services.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest research and developments in Ayurveda and mental health.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Psychology, Ayurvedic Medicine, or a related field.
- Certification or extensive training in Ayurveda, particularly related to mental health.
- Proven experience in providing mental health consultations, preferably using Ayurvedic principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Passionate about promoting mental health and wellness through Ayurveda.
