Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Ayurvedic Doctor to join our team The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing holistic healthcare solutions through traditional Ayurvedic practices. This role involves offering consultations both in-person (OPD) and online, catering to a diverse patient base.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Patient Consultation:

• Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations for patients in-person and online.
• Assess patient health history, lifestyle, and dietary habits to create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide guidance on dietary recommendations, herbal remedies, and lifestyle modifications.

2. Treatment Planning:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Ayurvedic principles.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients about Ayurveda, its principles, and the benefits of prescribed treatments.

3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in the clinic’s management system.

4. Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with other Team professionals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice as an Ayurvedic Doctor.

Work Experience & Competencies:

• Valid license to practice as an Ayurvedic Doctor.
• Previous experience in an Ayurvedic clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and online.
• Proficiency in using online medicine platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Passion for holistic health and wellness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy and compassion in patient interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
