1. First level of contact Person and investigation for any issue reported on ground operations.

2. Providing support on call/emails directly and providing resolution and steps

Managing and updating different scripts as per daily basis process.

3. Coordination for system and software releases with development team and manage the gaps in Implementation or risk assessment

4. Troubleshooting areas of performance and identifies effective solutions to resolve issues both immediate and for the longer term

5. Work closely with all level of operations team.

6. RCA of recurring issues and patch fixes

7. Providing on call support whenever required.

8. Mentor team members / subordinates.

9. Flexible to work in any shift as per need basis.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

1. Good experience/ basic knowledge on any of the programming Language like Java/Python.

2. Good experience with SQL queries.

3. Solid understanding of SDLC life cycle

4. Good experience with any ticketing tools like JIRA / Freshdesk etc.,

5. L1/L2 support, code debugging (not mandatory)

6. Good understanding of API's execution using Postman or any other tool.
