Key Responsibilities:


  • Statutory Compliance: Manage statutory compliance with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. Support payroll activities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the creation, documentation, and updating of company policies, ensuring alignment with market standards.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining and organizing legal document records periodically.
  • Attendance Management: Oversee attendance records and related processes efficiently.
  • HR Reporting: Generate and analyze reports, including headcount, cost analysis, and other analytical reports as required.
