We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment and hiring functions. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and set recruitment priorities.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

  • Design a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Drive initiatives for employer branding, including social media presence and recruiting events, to attract top talent.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of recruitment activities and generate periodic reports for senior management.
  • Analyze talent acquisition metrics and trends to refine recruitment strategies and enhance overall efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with department heads and senior executives to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice and support on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive hiring practices.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and innovative practices in talent acquisition.

Additional Initiatives:

  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the recruitment function to foster a diverse workforce.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and HR technology solutions to streamline talent acquisition processes.
  • Oversee the development of talent pools and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar recruitment leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and candidate relationship management.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills to drive recruitment initiatives effectively.
