About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be a strategic partner in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to ensuring a smooth exit process. You will leverage your 8-10 years of expertise to manage a wide range of HR functions, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment for all employees.


Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Induction

Collect and verify new hire documents (identification, proof of address, etc.).

Prepare and roll out offer letters (including compensation and benefits)

Set up calls with department heads to discuss candidates.

Set up ERF (Employee Relations Portal) login IDs.

Conduct background verifications and follow up on status.

Facilitate HR compliance training.

Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, health plans, etc.).

Input employee data into the HRIS system.

Employee Relations Resolve employee relations issues and maintain a harmonious work environment.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

Oversee employee engagement initiatives and events.

Review and update company policies and procedures.

Compliance and Administration Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations.

Manage payroll and benefits administration processes.

Maintain accurate workforce records and employee databases.

Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Continuous ImprovementImplement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.

10 years of experience in a progressive HR generalist role.

Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Proven experience with HRIS systems (applicant tracking, onboarding, payroll, etc.).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for building positive employee relations and fostering a strong company culture.
