The opportunity


We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Team Lead who will lead a team of Amazon Strategists, analyse data to identify improvement and optimisation areas, manage client advertising budgets, and ensure that team members deliver high-quality work. 


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving team performance and delivering exceptional client results.


Salary range

22 L - 25 L INR per annum


How you’ll add value


  • Leading the team of strategists and ensuring they are delivering high-quality results by evaluating their work based on the scorecard
  • Analysing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Communicating with clients to discuss performance and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Managing client advertising budgets and ensuring they are being utilised effectively
  • Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing a training program for new strategists
  • Providing ongoing training and support for existing strategists to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Working with strategists to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching
  • Working with the strategist to identify and resolve client issues
  • Implementing programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture and promoting work-life balance
  • Coordinating team capacity in order to provide strategists with attainable goals and workloads and to increase the team’s productivity
  • Establishing a hierarchy between action items that will enable each strategist to reach set results and objectives


What you’ll bring to the team


  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (C1 Level).
  • 5+ years of experience working with Amazon Marketplace.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or team
  • Advanced knowledge of G-Sheets or Excel (sum, vlookup, weighted averages, delta expressed in %, etc.
