Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Seven Eleven Club. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of services provided. The Duty Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience in managing teams and customer service
  • Knowledge of facility operations and safety protocols
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software
  • Relevant certification or degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
