We are dedicated to creating environmentally sustainable and ecologically harmonious architecture.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, lead the development of proposals and presentations, and collaborate with the marketing team on client engagement strategies. The role involves market analysis, sales forecasts, and setting strategic goals to enhance the company's market position and achieve financial growth.QualificationsExperience in business development, client relationship management, and salesStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to conduct market analysis, and develop strategic plansExperience with proposal writing and project managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus.
