Commercial Finance Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all claims are checked & processed as per the aligned monthly schemes, supporting and budgeted, & the credit notes are issued within aligned timeline.
- All deviations, like deductions, must be highlighted & reversed from the distributor’s side along with copies of credit note copies.
- Responsible for management of accounts receivable & generating A/R aging reports for Commercial Part like - Distributor’s, MT, IA, Key accounts and GT, and follow-up for Collection with respective sales RSM on weekly basis. In case of any exception, it must highlighted separately.
- Generating various MIS reports related to Distributors with Analysis to the management.
- Capable of performing Statistical Analysis using different Software and reporting findings and interpreting & presenting data in the form of statistical report.
- Preparation of Debtors' balance report and circulation to all salesperson and management.
- Controlling Debtors by timely follow up for Payments.
- Responsible for Monthly Closing and MIS Report preparation (Overhead-Provision, Prepaid schedule, Payment Tracker monthly). Knowledge on export claim processing is added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Accounting & Receivable management.
- Relevant knowledge about Operations of BPC/FMCG business, should be from BPC/FMCG industry.
- Experience in team management of at least 5 to 7 employees.
- Candidate must be aware of Super Stockiest, Sub-stockiest & Direct Distributor model along with direct billing to MT customers.
- Candidate must be good in excel & MIS work & should be a multi tasker.
- Hands-on experience of PAN India Distributor Claim management (basis hard copies & DMS), Receivable management, DMS & Distributor, and retailer pricing.
- Experience of stakeholder’s management like supply chain, sales & auditors etc.
