Job Description: Application Support Engineer - Team Lead (MS SQL)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project cycles from planning to implementation.
  • Debug, modify, and optimize existing MS SQL code.
  • Develop new stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and complex queries.
  • Review and optimize existing code.
  • Provide strong production support for applications on Windows Server, MS-SQL, and IIS.
  • Analyze and resolve AppSec and VAIPT issues.
  • Handle issue analysis, bug fixing, and use of ticketing tools (e.g., Unidesk, DRM, AOPM).
  • Participate in DR Drill activities.
  • Participate in BCP Drill activities and update the Run Book.
  • Lead a team effectively.


Role Proficiencies:

  • Strong production management experience for Windows Application servers.
  • Proficient with MS SQL 2016/2019.
  • Skilled in writing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Ability to create and modify SQL jobs and Windows batch files.
  • Experience with CRMNext applications is a plus.
