Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Provide accurate quotations and price working to internal team members and customers.
  • Process customer orders, generate invoices, and plan domestic supplies.
  • Assist in tender preparation, document preparation, and bid submissions.
  • Generate and maintain reports on orders, quotes, and shipments.


Experience required:


  • Previous experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in the life sciences or distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Tendering, Quotation, Gem Portal, import and export processes, regulations, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
