We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Java, Apache Kafka, and Angular to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end software solutions, ensuring high-quality code, scalable architecture, and seamless integration between the frontend and backend systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development (Java + Kafka):
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
  • Implement Apache Kafka for building real-time messaging, streaming, and event-driven architectures.
  • Develop RESTful APIs for backend communication and integrations with other services.
  • Integrate Kafka with various applications to handle event-driven data flows and improve system performance.
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for persistent data storage and retrieval.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of backend services to handle high volumes of data and traffic.
  • Frontend Development (Angular):
  • Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Angular.
  • Develop reusable UI components and libraries to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Integrate frontend components with REST APIs and Kafka streams to fetch, display, and process data in real-time.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement dynamic and user-friendly designs.
  • Collaboration and Best Practices:
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Implement unit testing, integration testing, and maintain high code coverage for both frontend and backend components.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Deployment and Maintenance:
  • Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and manage version control using Git.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production environments, ensuring smooth operation of the system.

Required Skills and Experience:

Java Development:

  • 4.5+ years of experience in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and related Java frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Kafka Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven applications and real-time data streaming.
  • Experience with Kafka Producers, Consumers, and Kafka Streams for message processing and integration.

Frontend Development (Angular):

  • 3+ years of experience with Angular (preferably Angular 8+), building responsive and modular applications.
  • Solid understanding of TypeScript, RxJS, and the Angular CLI.
  • Experience in consuming REST APIs and integrating with backend services.

Databases:

  • Experience working with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).

Tools & Technologies:

  • Experience using version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) for deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with Docker or containerization is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
