The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality graphics, logos, and branding materials aligned with our mission. Responsibilities include creating unique, impactful visual designs, focusing on typography, and effectively communicating brand identity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce innovative designs and manage projects is a key aspect of the role.What You'll DoDevelop, refine, and expand ELIMA and Flybox brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital and physical mediums while aligning with industry trends.Create impactful graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns, presentations, and event collaterals.Design assets for print, digital, event, web, social media, and packaging, maintaining high-quality visual standards and technical precision.Design and strategize for social media platforms, tailoring visuals to current trends for maximum engagement.Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, including AI-driven design.Develop animations, motion graphics, and dynamic content for campaigns, presentations, and explainer videos.Deliver design solutions for events, including banners, brochures, handbooks, and dynamic digital assets.Design polished templates for PowerPoint (including animation), Word, and Excel to enhance internal and external presentations.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with exceptional quality.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and management.Apply basic HTML to customize email templates, landing pages, and other web assets.What You'll NeedGraduate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields (Design institute credentials preferred).6+ years of graphic design experience.Experience with top MNCs, Fortune 500, or high-growth startups is highly desirable.Strong expertise in typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.Proven ability to create cohesive brand identities, including logos, guidelines, data visualization, infographics, and marketing assets.Mastery in advertisement design and a creative approach to digital and print campaigns. Proficiency in creating bespoke illustrations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.Graphic Design Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.) & any other tools are a plusMotion & 3D Tools: Proficiency in After Effects, Blender, Spline, or equivalent – not compulsory but good to haveDeep understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.Proven ability to create assets for diverse social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn).Familiarity with trends like generative design, contemporary design style, and minimalism.Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving abilities.Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of WordPress is a plus (Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design)
