Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in elevating our brand through compelling visual narratives and impactful design solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Content creators and Product Marketing teams to align visual elements with messaging strategies. - Use design to tell compelling stories that resonate with the target audience and convey the brand's narrative effectively. - Develop high-quality composite graphics that enhance the overall visual appeal of marketing materials, reports, and digital assets. - Combine images, illustrations, and typography to create cohesive and impactful designs. - Create visually stunning and engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas and information. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects with emphasis for corporates (can include samples of PPT designs, graphics, creative storytelling) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and Canva. - Additional skills in Video Editing Tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut etc.) will be highly regarded. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
