Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum/Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharma /B.Sc etc

• The ideal candidate will be highly driven with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.

• Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.

• Candidate must have a clear understanding of US work authorizations (i.e., GC, USC, EAD, OPT/CPT, H1B, etc.).

• Must be strongly familiar with hiring terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp.

• Preferred recruitment experience working with direct clients.

• Must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the US Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.
