Technical Skills and Specifications:


· Experience in Reinforced Concrete Detailing for British and American and Indian standards desirable.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Knowledge of CADS RC and 3D REVIT structural modelling will be advantageous.

· Detailing experience with Auto-CAD

· Practical knowledge of rebar detailing per industry standards.

· Able to read and interpret plans and specifications

· Able to use MS Office.

· Able to function in a team-oriented environment.

· Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.

· Strong math skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Anticipates problems and develops contingency.

· Analytical reasoning.




Roles & Responsibilities:

· Independently detail and coordinate complex project.

· Produce rebar drawings that confirm to industry and company standards for various structures.

· Detail rebar, accessories, mesh, couplers and prepare material lists as required.

· Produce accurate and detailed lists of material for shop fabrication.

· Preparation of bar lists for shop fabrication.

· Assist with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems.

· Coordinate with customer and scheduling personnel to schedule material deliveries and placement.

· Coordinate and account for any changes in our scope of work.

· On occasion, travel to the job site to resolve any issues that might arise.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job.

· Responsible for making sure outstanding service is taking place.

· Ensure all efforts are taken to satisfy customer needs at all levels: phone calls, meetings, job site visits.

· May be responsible for other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

· Maintain all deliveries for fabrication.

· Review all claims of shortages.
