Work Location - Bangalore


Pay package- 10 Lpa to 23 Lpa


Experience- 1 yr to 3.5 yrs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support structuring and execution of ABS, CDO, CLO, and other securitization transactions.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and cash flow models for structured products.
  • Analyze underlying asset pools, assess performance metrics, and prepare asset-level due diligence.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing of structured finance portfolios.
  • Prepare investor presentations, transaction documentation, and rating agency materials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including risk, legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Monitor performance of existing deals and track market developments in securitization and structured finance.
  • Support credit analysis and structuring of new asset classes within structured products.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research on ABS, CDO, CLO, and other structured products.
  • I'd like you to please assist in designing and optimizing structures to enhance credit ratings and investor appeal.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, rating agencies, and auditors.
  • Contribute to improvements in automation and efficiency for financial modeling and reporting processes.


Skills Required:

  • MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of structured finance, securitization, structured products, and asset-backed securities
