About Us:

The Souled Store is one of India's fastest-growing youth-focused lifestyle brands. Launched in 2013 as a homegrown brand, we have evolved into one of the largest online merchandising platforms, with offi cial licenses from Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 and more.

While we started with pop culture-inspired designs featuring superheroes, movies, TV shows and cartoons, we are now at the forefront of youth fashion and streetwear trends. In addition to core men's and women's apparel, we are rapidly expanding into footwear, kidswear, backpacks, collectibles and action figures.

Although we primarily built our brand online, our offline presence is growing rapidly, with 40+ retail stores across India and ambitious expansion plans nationwide.

Role Overview :

As the Head of Marketplaces, you will be responsible for driving sales, growth and brand presence across online marketplaces. You will own the end-to-end strategy, operations and P&L for marketplace channels, ensuring seamless execution and revenue maximization.

Responsibilities :

● Develop and execute a robust marketplace strategy aligned with overall business goals.

● Identify new growth opportunities and expand the brand's presence across existing and emerging platforms.

● Own the P&L for the marketplace business, ensuring profitability and scalability.

● Drive GMV, sales and margin growth through data-driven decision-making.

● Optimize product listings, pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize

conversion rates.

● Work closely with marketplace account managers to leverage platform-specific tools, ads and promotions.

● Monitor key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and optimize spending for maximum ROI.

● Utilize data analytics to track trends, competitor performance and consumer insights.

Education & Experience :

● 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in marketplace management or online sales.

● Proven track record of driving revenue and growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc.

● Strong understanding of P&L management, pricing and discounting strategies.

● Experience with performance marketing, analytics tools and marketplace ad platforms.

● Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

● Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards is a plus.
