LtdAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager (Domestic IT – C2H)Location: Hyderabad (WFO Only)Experience: 7–14 YearsMode: Work From OfficeType: C2H Hiring (Mandatory Experience)Notice Period: Immediate - 15 daysAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Domestic IT hiring, especially for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, leading teams, coordinating with delivery/hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of niche and volume IT requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle for Domestic IT roles (C2H mandatory).Handle stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and recruitment planning with delivery and business leaders.Manage a team of recruiters and drive performance for timely closures.Source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates using multiple hiring channels.Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring SLAs.Build strong candidate pipelines for future requirements.Skills & Requirements:7–14 years of experience in Domestic IT hiring with strong C2H hiring exposure.Experience in leading IT recruitment teams.Strong understanding of technologies across IT domains.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work from office (Hyderabad location only).Please let me know if you are interested in this position and send me your resume to anilkumar.b@twsol.com
