Hero team is looking for a platform manager to look after ICE and EV platforms for connected vehicles, with Hero’s scale imagine the number of vehicles that will be live on this platform and you managing it . The role expects you to engage with engineering teams and product teams to bridge the gap and ensure timely delivery. Apart from this you will be working in defining the roadmap of connected products for Hero MotoCorp along with product team


Must haves:

1. CAN and UDS - Advance

2. BLE and WiFi - Intermediate

3. Telematics and IoT protocol - Advance

4. Cloud and Microservice - Intermediate

5. Mobile Application - Intermediate

6. Resource and engineering planning - Advance


Qualification: B.tech with 10+ years


Responsibilities:

● Conduct in depth study and analysis of new technologies in Telematics/ IOT Platform/Analytics

● Discussion with cross functional teams for setting up a platform roadmap and feature prioritization

● Discussion with Technology consultants to enable latest technologies on the platform

● Working with Business Users CFT to understand requirements which is scalable for ICE, EV

● Technical document creation for each feature implementation and required sign offs

● Propose consolidated and scalable IT solution.

● Proposing Optimum Solution Architecture

● Validating the proposed architecture with DIT-SME’s (Infra, Cloud etc.)

● Support in making Business case

● Piloting and Validating concepts by Solution Integrators.

● Creating success criteria for SI shortlisting

● Onboarding Shortlisted SI (NDA, RFQ etc.)

● Implement the final solution and its governance.

● Project Governance for EV and ICE vehicles

● Ensuring Project updates are shared to stakeholders

● Acting as internal SME for any information on Telematics-Cloud connectivity.
