We bring together strategy, creativity, and flawless execution to deliver impactful brand experiences across industries.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Event Specialist with hands-on experience in movie marketing campaigns and large-scale events. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in end-to-end event management, stage setups, stall fabrication, exhibitions, and audio-visual production. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and creative expertise to execute events seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events, brand activations, and movie marketing campaigns.Oversee stage setup, fabrication, and installations across different formats including exhibitions, stalls, and promotional events.Manage audio-visual (AV), sound, and lighting requirements with vendors and in-house teams.Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution.Supervise vendors, fabricators, and technical teams to ensure timely and flawless delivery.Conduct site recces, create detailed event execution plans, and manage on-ground operations.Handle budgets, timelines, and ensure events are executed within agreed parameters.Maintain industry knowledge of latest event technologies, AV solutions, and fabrication trends.Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships to deliver impactful experiences.Requirements3–4 years of proven experience in event management, with focus on movie marketing and large-scale events.Strong knowledge of stage setups, fabrication, stalls, and exhibition builds.Expertise in audio-visual systems, sound engineering, and event technology.Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and vendors simultaneously.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client management skills.Strong communication skills with attention to detail and creative thinking.Based in Mumbai or willing to commute.
