We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-Technical PM (Project Management) Coordinator Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support project managers and teams in the successful execution of projects, focusing on administrative coordination, communication, and organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist project managers in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor task assignments and ensure timely updates from team members.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain and organize project-related documentation, such as plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Compile data for progress reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Address and resolve basic administrative challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Tool and Process Support:
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana) to update and track project activities.
  • Assist in improving workflows and processes for better team efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company project management standards and methodologies.


  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
