Our client is moving quickly to automate CS workflows and reduce manual processes that are consuming significant team bandwidth. A dedicated Gainsight Admin will help them implement automation and operational efficiencies so our CSMs can focus on high value work like driving adoption, retention, and expansion. This role is critical to accelerating their pooled/digital Customer Success model across the full customer lifecycle.Must Haves:Proven Gainsight administration experience (2+ years) in B2B SaaS Customer Success environments.Hands on with configuring rules, CTAs, playbooks, Journey Orchestrator/programs, and data validation.Strong understanding of Salesforce/Gainsight data models, field mappings, and sync behavior; able to diagnose and fix integration issues.Excellent documentation and communication skills; comfortable collaborating across time zones.Responsibilities:Platform management: Configure rules, CTAs, and playbooks.Journey Orchestration: Build automated programs to support our digital/pooled motion.Data quality & integrations: Ensure the SFDC ↔ Gainsight integrations are accurate and reliable.To Sub:3–5 qualified CVs with availability, expected hourly rate, and location.A brief write up per candidate highlighting:Examples of automation they’ve built (e.g., rules/CTAs/playbooks) that eliminated manual work.Experience implementing digital/pooled motions or lifecycle programs in Gainsight.Specific SFDC/Gainsight integration challenges they’ve solved.
