The ideal candidate will be involved with finance controlling, preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and etc.

Responsibilities

  • AP & AR: Handling master data governance for AP & AR, customer and vendor query escalation
  • AP: Review of payment proposal, T& E employee claims
  • AR: Review of debtor aging, handling finance realted customer querries
  • Tax: Review monthly TDS payment, SVB filing
  • Audit: Coordinating with auditor and submitting response timely to ensure completion in a pre-defined time-frame
  • Payroll posting and payment of salaries and incidental statutory payments such as PF, TDS etc.(does not include processing/preparing salaries)
  • Monthly closing cash flow forecast, P&L Forecast, Accruals preparation and posting, posting of tax accruals, warranty & rebate posting, forex report, inter-co. reco.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and above in commerce,
  • Accounting knowledge with at least 5 years of experience in similar domain in finance(preferrably in an MNC),
  • Computer skill: proficient in Excel; SAP knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, Independent problem solving, able to meet timelines
  • Company Secretary Experience would be a plus
