We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team and help us expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email) to promote LYFnGO's offerings.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement of LYFnGO’s offerings.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer feedback for senior management.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the technology or healthcare sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the Health & Wellness industry is a plus
