Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

• Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to attract

potential clients and drive business growth.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and

existing clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.

• Solution Selling: Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized digital

marketing solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches that

effectively communicate our value proposition and capabilities.

• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address objections, and successfully

close deals to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor

activities to identify business expansion and differentiation opportunities.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status,

and revenue forecasts to the management team.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or

account management within the digital marketing industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and trends.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a

fast-paced environment.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
