We are an ambitious startup looking for a talented and motivated individual to join us as a chief Technical officer . Role Overview:

We are seeking a chief Technical officer to lead the development and technical implementation of our platform. You will work closely with the founding team to define the product roadmap, architect scalable solutions, and build a world-class platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical development and implementation of our platform, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define technical requirements and priorities.
  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Build and manage a team of developers and technical professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, and APIs.
  • Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial Proven experience as a chief Technical officer , CTO, or lead developer in a startup environment.
  • Strong expertise in web development, including front-end (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails) technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, version control systems (Git), and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving results in a fast-paced startup environment
