Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency across our retail and e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with our high standards.
  • Collaborate with retail staff and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and supply chain logistics, contributing to a seamless operational flow.


Retail Operations and E-Commerce Engagement:

  • Oversee day-to-day retail and online operations, upholding exceptional service standards and operational continuity.
  • Work alongside various internal departments to ensure an integrated approach to our retail and online presence.


Partner Relationship Development:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retail and e-commerce partners, facilitating open communication and collaborative success.
  • Engage with e-commerce platforms to maximize our brand's visibility and sales performance.


Strategic Project Management:

  • Manage and lead projects that encompass both retail and e-commerce, targeting strategic alignment and operational success.
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform improvements and aid in developing the company's sales strategies.
